品飲筆記：2021 拉菲以內斂起手、慢慢打開的方式示人，鼻間先是細緻的鉛筆香與雪松、菸草、微煙燻與黑色果實的層次，還帶有一抹橙皮的清爽。口感上酸度明亮、單寧細緻如粉，結構優雅，礫石土壤的礦感與微鹹餘韻讓整體更修長。 產區與田地：源於擁有112公頃的傳奇酒莊—坡地、Carruades 高地與額外小田塊共同提供多樣礫岩與淺石灰岩底土，排水良好、日照充足，成就這種經典波爾多的精緻感。 釀造：採人工採收與嚴格分選，依傳統方式發酵，然後以法國橡木桶熟成約18個月。橡木以襯托為主，重視細緻度與陳年潛力，年輕時醒酒一至二小時可快速釋放香氣。

Tasting Note: The 2021 shows a classic Pauillac profile — restrained at first, then opening to a refined bouquet of black currant, blackberry, cedar, graphite and subtle pencil-lead aromatics, with hints of orange rind, tobacco and smoked spice. On the palate it is elegant and structured: bright, racy acidity supports layers of concentrated dark fruit, fine creamy tannins and a saline mineral thread that stretches into a very long finish. Producer & Vineyard: From Château Lafite Rothschild, a Premier Grand Cru with 112 hectares of vineyards distributed on gravelly slopes, the Carruades plateau and a parcel in Saint-Estèphe. Soils of fine deep gravel over limestone give the wine its classical poise and mineral lift. Owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild, the estate is synonymous with restraint and ageing potential. Winemaking & Ageing: Hand-harvested fruit undergoes meticulous sorting and classic vinification followed by maturation for about 18 months in French oak barrels. The approach favours finesse and precision — oak frames rather than dominates — producing a wine built for long cellar development yet offering immediate perfume and clarity when decanted.
