Tasting note

來自聖朱利安著名酒莊的經典之作，2017 年度顯得成熟而精緻。香氣以黑果類果實為主，伴隨些許香菸木、石墨與礦物氣息。入口時酒體豐滿但不沉重，酸度帶來活力，單寧細緻滑順，質地柔和而有支撐力。陳年18個月的橡木使香氣更立體，尾韻悠長，帶出巧克力與甘草的回味。建議飲用前醒酒約90–120分鐘，搭配烤牛排或香草羊排特別合拍。

A classic Saint-Julien expression from one of Bordeaux’s great estates. The 2017 Grand Vin opens with concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry aromas edged by graphite, cigar-box and a savoury mineral thread. On the palate it shows ripe fruit framed by bright freshness and remarkably refined, tactile tannins — powerful yet silky — supported by 18 months of oak maturation. The finish is long and layered, revealing dark chocolate, liquorice and a lingering saline-mineral note. Well-made, elegant and built for long ageing; decant for 90–120 minutes if drinking now.

Château Léoville-Las Cases is one of the foremost Second Growth estates of Saint-Julien, renowned for parcels within the historic Clos Léoville Las Cases. Under Domaines Delon ownership the château continues to emphasize meticulous vineyard work on deep, gravelly terroirs close to Pauillac and careful élevage in oak. The Grand Vin is produced only from the estate’s finest plots and aged in oak for around 18 months, yielding wines of depth, precision and outstanding longevity.
