品飲筆記：酒色深琥珀，初聞有皮革與蜜餞果香，葡萄乾、洋李與甜栗的氣息躍出；入口則是紅糖、乾無花果與杏醬的厚實甜感，隨之而來的是雪松、薑餅和溫暖的香辛料。水楢（Mizunara）橡木帶來獨特的檀香與香木調，餘韻長而細緻，帶著肉桂的回甘。 生產者簡介：響是三得利為慶祝匯聚工藝與自然於一身的代表性作品，經年來被視為日本調和威士忌的典範。30年版展現了品牌對細節與奢華的追求。 釀造與熟成：由多種陳年麥芽與穀物酒精精心調和，並在多款橡木桶（包含稀有的水楢）中熟成。調酒師透過分層勾兌與橡木選擇，讓結構更圓潤、香氣更豐富。瓶口採用T型木塞，保留香氣完整。 產地與原料：原料來自日本各地的麥芽與穀物，並透過不同倉庫與氣候條件賦予熟成層次。整體口感飽滿、滑順，細節處可感受到日本式橡木處理與淡雅的海風或倉庫氣息。

Tasting note: Deep amber in the glass. The nose opens with leather and dried fruit—raisin, prune and candied chestnut—leading into rich palate layers of brown sugar, dried fig and apricot jam, with cedar, gingerbread spice and a pronounced Mizunara oak character. Finish is extremely rich, long and warming with cinnamon and delicate sandalwood notes. Producer notes: Launched by Suntory to honour craftsmanship and nature, Hibiki represents the pinnacle of Japanese blending: dozens of malt and grain whiskies married to achieve a complete, harmonious expression. This 30-year bottling embodies the house’s meticulous artistry and prestige. Winemaking / production notes: Crafted from a selection of aged malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s houses, the spirit is blended by master blenders and finished in a variety of oak casks—including rare Mizunara—providing aromatic incense and sandalwood signatures. Bottled at 43% ABV with a T-top cork, it showcases slow maturation in carefully monitored warehouses. Vineyard / source notes: Rather than vineyards, the character comes from the provenance of malt and grain whiskies sourced across Japan, the choice of casks and the microclimates of Suntory’s maturation sites. The result is a layered, expressive whisky that highlights Japanese oak influence and refined balancing.
