Tasting note
色澤淡櫻桃粉,起泡細緻活潑。香氣以野草莓、覆盆子為主調,夾帶些許西瓜的清甜與檸檬皮的清爽感,尾韻透出礦物與海鹽的細線。口感飽滿但不厚重,果實感鮮明,酸度明快撐起整體結構,收尾清爽且延展。來自以田地自釀著稱的香檳小酒莊,採傳統瓶中二次發酵和較長時間與酒泥接觸的手法,低劑量呈現出果香與風土的平衡。適合冰鎮飲用,配烤鮭魚、油脂豐富魚類、鴨肝或帶有酸甜調性的甜點都很合拍。輕鬆又帶個性,是宴會與節慶的百搭選擇。
Pale salmon pink with a lively, fine mousse. The nose opens to bright wild strawberry, raspberry and a hint of watermelon, edged by citrus peel and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate it’s fleshy and fruit-forward yet taut — lively acidity keeps the wine crisp while a saline streak and a clean, persistent finish add tension and depth. Made by a grower-producer in Champagne using the traditional bottle-fermentation route with extended lees contact and a Brut dosage, this rosé balances immediacy and precision. Drink chilled now, or enjoy after a short rest out of the fridge. Versatile at the table, it stands up to meaty fish, rich poultry and fruit-forward desserts.
