Bright and poised, this Volnay Premier Cru opens with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild florals, woven with subtle forest floor and baking spice. On the palate it shows an elegant medium body, fine-grained tannins and a vibrant line of acidity that gives energy and lift; savory mineral notes and a gently spiced finish linger. Producer notes: Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur, led by Vincent and François Bitouzet, works in Volnay with a focus on low yields and careful plot selection to express site character.
