Mortlach 十六年以雪莉桶純熟陳放，帶出厚實又有層次的風味。香氣是黑果燉煮的濃郁果香、帶土感的香料與暖意；入口厚重、包覆感強，皮革般的辛香和杏桃蜜糖的甜感在鹹香的肉感之中游走。整體圓潤而偏深沉，尾韻長且有意外的甜化後段。適合慢慢啜飲，配上成熟起司、烤肉或果乾核果，冬夜或聚會都很合適。酒廠用心的雪莉桶調性與豐厚酒體，是這款酒最醒目的個性。

Mortlach 16 Year Old is a deeply sherried Speyside single malt that marries Mortlach’s famous beastly core with intense fruit and cask spice. On the nose it delivers stewed black orchard fruits, warm earth and layered spice. The palate is robust and palate-coating — rounded, dark and full-bodied — with leathery spice, apricot and floral honey notes playing against a savoury, meaty backbone. Matured exclusively in sherry casks for sixteen years, the whisky shows a long, complex finish that unexpectedly sweetens toward the end. Bottled at 43.4% ABV with a T-top cork, it’s made for slow, contemplative sipping and pairs beautifully with rich cheeses, game and dark desserts.

Mortlach Distillery, located in Dufftown, Speyside, is known for producing powerful, meaty single malts with a distinctive intensity. Founded in the 19th century, the distillery’s character is shaped by traditional production methods and careful cask selection; for this 16-year expression Mortlach used only sherry casks to build fruit, spice and rounded oak influence.
