Tasting note

來自克沃格特級田的經典力作，2019 年份展現出飽滿、厚實的口感，但不失優雅。香氣先是紅黑果實的濃郁果香，接著有香草、暖香料、紫羅蘭與森林地氣（類似牛肝菌的泥土味），隨著時間還會顯露出成熟皮革般的風味。入口豐腴、肉感十足，丹寧細緻而有結構感，酸度恰到好處，讓整體保持清爽平衡。酒莊在葡萄園以石灰岩貧瘠土壤為主、平均樹齡約45–50年，葡萄手工挑選入廠，橡木桶熟成比例高（約80–100%新桶），這一切都為酒帶來層次與持久的回味。建議醒酒一小時左右，搭配烤鴨或野味最對味。

A powerful, classic Grand Cru from one of Vougeot’s most respected domaines. The 2019 shows a deep, rich ruby colour and an exceptionally concentrated bouquet — layers of ripe red and black fruits (cherry, mulberry, blackcurrant) framed by vanilla, warm spices, violets and an earthy undergrowth that hints at porcini and forest floor. On the palate it is ample and muscular yet balanced: generous flesh and ripe extract meet very fine, polished tannins and a discreet acidity. Aged in 80–100% new oak barrels and meticulously hand-sorted at harvest, this Clos de Vougeot delivers length and complexity; with cellaring potential through mid-century, it will reward both medium-term aging and respectful decanting now.

Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is a family-run estate rooted in Vougeot and the Côte de Nuits. Under Jean Mongeard the domaine focuses on classic Burgundian methods: careful vineyard selection, hand sorting at harvest and traditional élevage in new oak where appropriate. Their Clos de Vougeot holdings are small and well-tended, producing powerful, ageworthy wines with precision and textural finesse.
