Crafted in the historic hills of Valpolicella Classica, this Amarone epitomizes centuries of artisan tradition. Bunches are meticulously hand-harvested from high-altitude hillside terraces before resting for over 120 days in traditional drying lofts. This meticulous appassimento concentration yields an extraordinarily dense, layered nectar. Following a patient 30-day maceration, the wine matures for two full years in massive Slavonian oak casks. In the glass, it radiates a deep garnet hue, releasing opulent aromas of brandied cherries, dried plums, and dark chocolate intertwined with sweet pipe tobacco and crushed dried flowers. On the palate, it envelopes the senses with a velvety, mouth-coating texture, supported by seamless structural acidity and polished tannins that mask its impressive 15.5% alcohol with pure finesse. A dramatic, lingering finish leaves lasting impressions of warm cocoa and exotic spices.
