酒莊與產區：麥卡倫位於斯貝賽/高地地區，以細緻且長期熟成聞名。雖非葡萄酒，但高地的緩慢熟成節奏與當地氣候，讓橡木與雪莉風味能夠穩定發展。

Tasting Note: Deep amber-honey in the glass. Aromas of dried fruit, ripe raisins and sultanas fold into toffee, rich orange peel and warm baking spices—clove, nutmeg and ginger. On the palate it’s plush and layered: caramel and vanilla from American oak meet the subtle, savory spice of European sherry-seasoned oak. The finish is warming oak spice with ginger that mellows into sweet orange.
Producer Notes: Matured for 18 years in a combination of specially selected American and European sherry-seasoned oak casks to create a balanced, sweeter and warmer character. American oak contributes vanilla, citrus and butterscotch while European oak brings The Macallan’s signature subtle spice.
Winemaking/Distilling Notes: Single malt matured in hand-crafted sherry-seasoned oak casks. The careful marriage of two distinct oak types and long ageing produces a complex spirit with rounded oak influence and concentrated fruit notes. Bottled at 43% ABV with a T-top cork closure.
Estate & Terroir: From The Macallan distillery in the Speyside/Highlands region, known for cool, slow maturation that preserves delicate orchard and dried-fruit aromatics. Though not a vineyard-led product, the choice of casks and ageing environment is central to its character.
