顏色呈深金琥珀，香氣豐富：熟成水果、烤蘋果與雪利桶的果乾香先行，慢慢滲出焦糖、奶油糖與溫暖的橡木香。入口圓潤有油感，果乾、糖皮與椰棗的甜美與香料（肉桂、丁香）交織，中段帶出輕微麥芽與可可的苦甜平衡。尾韻溫暖且持久，餘味有淡淡煙燻與香草回甘。酒廠說明：每批不超過150桶的小批量合桶，並經過嚴密監控與長時間合桶熟成，確保每一批都一致且有獨特層次。釀造與陳年：先於前雪利桶與美國橡木桶陳年，再進入大木桶（marrying tun）融合，這段過程帶來穩定而豐富的雪利風味與橡木結構。田野與產區：來自斯佩賽河谷，這裡的氣候與傳統製麥工藝讓基酒保有優雅果香與細緻口感。建議淨飲或加少許水，倒入杯中靜置約10分鐘更能展現香氣與層次。

Colour: Deep golden amber. Nose: Rich and inviting — ripe orchard fruit and baked apple layered with Oloroso sherry sweetness, vanilla and warm oak spice. Palate: Luxurious dried fruit, candied peel, dates and soft caramel/toffee notes, balanced by elegant oak influence and a lightly malty backbone. Finish: Warming, rewarding and distinguished, with lingering spice and a touch of dark chocolate. Producer notes: Small-batch marrying of no more than 150 casks per batch, each individually numbered and carefully monitored to ensure consistency. Winemaking/distilling notes: Matured in a carefully selected combination of Spanish Oloroso and American oak casks, followed by an intense marrying period in wooden tuns to harmonise the components. Vineyard/field notes: Crafted in Speyside where cool, clear air and traditional malting methods lend a refined fruit character and balance to the distillate. Serve neat or with a few drops of water; allow about 10 minutes in the glass to open up the aromatics.
