1982 Chateau Suduiraut

品飲筆記:旭金堡1982呈現由金黃轉向琥珀的深邃色澤,香氣繽紛,先是蜜餞水梨、杏乾與柑橘果醬,接著出現烘烤堅果、香草與焦糖的陳年氣息。入口圓潤絲滑,但酸度支撐明快,使甜度不覺膩口,尾韻悠長且帶有溫暖的烘烤與蜜餞餘味。
酒莊與製程:旭金堡為1855列級酒莊,酒莊對園地分選嚴格,採收與釀造每一步都以手工細緻處理。桶中發酵,約半數新橡木桶與半數一年桶交替熟成,陳放約16–20個月,保留果膠感並賦予烘焙香與香草調性。
葡萄園與土壤:葡萄園多為沙質混合礫石土,利於晚熟與貴腐菌的形成,使果實濃縮、酸度與甜度達到和諧平衡。整體風格:適合慢慢醒酒或短時間醒置,與鵝肝、藍紋乳酪或果派等甜鹹交織的菜餚相得益彰。


Tasting Note: A matured Sauternes showing a deep golden-to-amber colour. Aromas of honeyed apricot, orange marmalade and candied citrus lead to layers of dried stone fruit, toasted nuts, vanilla and gentle caramelised spice. The palate is plush and silk-textured with a vivid core of acidity that balances generous residual sweetness, finishing long and warming with roasted and candied echoes.
Producer Notes: Château Suduiraut, classed Premier Cru in 1855, selects fruit from its finest parcels and crafts wines by hand at every stage. This bottling combines sun‑lit fruit and floral notes with roasted and candied complexity that deepen with age.
Winemaking Notes: Barrel vinification with extended élevage — circa 50% new oak and 50% one‑year barrels — aged 16–20 months depending on development. Careful selection of botrytised grapes and slow fermentation in wood impart texture, toasted and vanilla notes.
Vineyard Notes: Planted on sandy, gravelly soils that favour late ripening and noble rot concentration. The estate’s terroir and meticulous vineyard selection produce concentrated, long-lived dessert wines that evolve from bright gold to rich amber over decades.

Château Suduiraut is a historic Premier Cru-classified estate in Sauternes (1855 classification). The domaine focuses on precise vineyard selection from its best plots and a handcrafted approach in cellar work. Vinification in barrels and a careful élevage regime (c. 50% new oak) produce richly textured, long-lived sweet wines that gain complexity and an amber hue with age.
