Tasting note: Deep ruby with an energetic rim. The nose opens to concentrated red fruits—cherry and red currant—framed by floral and subtle herbal notes, with hints of sweet spice and earthy undergrowth. On the palate the wine is focused: vibrant acidity lifts the fruit while well-defined, chalky tannins give structure and a fine-grained, almost silky mouthfeel. The finish is long, savory and mineral-tinged.
