Tasting note: Bright and immediate, this 2021 shows juicy red-cherry and ripe plum aromas accented by violet florals and a hint of almond skin. The palate is juicy and approachable — lively acidity lifts the fruit, while soft, round tannins give a gentle structure and a pleasantly dry, slightly nutty finish.

Producer notes: From a respected Piedmont estate known for fruit-driven, everyday wines, this cuvée focuses on freshness and balance. It is made for early drinking yet retains enough complexity to reward short-term cellaring.

Winemaking: Gentle fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel preserves primary fruit and floral aromatics. Short maceration and careful extraction deliver a supple texture; maturation is brief and typically in neutral vessels to keep the profile bright and clean.
