Martell Noblige presents a dark-gold, copper-tinged hue and an expressive nose of ripe pear and prune layered with exotic vanilla pod and caramelised grape. Secondary aromas of myrrh, cedar and fine-grained oak lead to cocoa, nougat and dried-date notes with gentle spice. On the palate it marries strength with silkiness — honeyed and oaky, with tobacco-tinged warmth and a long, refined finish. Produced by the historic Martell house, this cognac is distilled in the traditional Charentais style and matured in selected oak casks to achieve a balanced marriage of fruit and wood. The bottle’s contemporary design echoes the house’s theme of understated elegance. Serve neat, or allow 10–20 minutes breathing in the glass to open the aromatic profile. Ideal with dark chocolate, crème brûlée or a small plate of toasted nuts.
