2024 Two Hands Riesling The Boy Eden

清爽利落、礦感鮮明的年輕酒款。打開杯中先是檸檬皮、青蘋果與白色花香,接著一股緊緻的石質礦物與淡淡鹹感滲出,酸度清脆,口中節奏明快,尾韻帶著舒服的回甘與持續的清新。

酒莊位於艾登谷的高地產區,土壤多為淺層礫石與頁岩,產區涼爽夜溫有助保存香氣。釀造以低溫發酵為主,採不鏽鋼與中性容器,刻意避免橡木干擾,強調園區特色與果實純淨。葡萄園由 Travis Coombe 管理,釀酒師 Ben Perkins 追求明確的酸度與礦質表現。

建議微冰鎮後飲用,開瓶稍候約15分鐘讓香氣展開,即可享受最鮮明的果酸與礦感。與海鮮、清爽沙拉、帶辣風味的亞洲小菜或軟質乳酪都很搭。


Bright, precise and driven by lively citrus and mineral energy. Aromas of lime zest, green apple and lemon blossom rise from the glass, followed by a flinty, stony core and a clean saline thread that lifts the finish. The palate is taut and focused — racy acidity carries zesty citrus and orchard fruit through a persistent, mouth-watering close.

From a respected Barossa/Eden Valley producer, this bottling reflects cool, high-elevation vineyard sites and careful cellar choices aimed at preserving purity. Fermented cool (minimal or no oak influence) to retain aromatic lift, the wine is bottled young to capture its freshness and clarity. Winemaker Ben Perkins and viticultural team manager Travis Coombe aim to showcase site-driven minerality and vibrant acidity.

Serve well chilled and allow a short 10–20 minute open time if you prefer the aromatics to broaden. Drinking window: 2026–2039. A fantastic companion to seafood, light starters and spicy Asian flavours.
