Hand-harvested from a single sustainably farmed vineyard, the grapes benefit from cool night temperatures that preserve exceptional natural acidity. In the cellar, gentle pressing and extended lees contact create an incredibly luxurious, creamy texture. Beautiful aromas of baked peaches, zesty sweet lemon, and wild honey mingle with delicate floral notes and a warm hint of baking spices.
