品飲筆記：打開杯蓋便有濃郁的黑果香，黑醋栗與熟櫻桃為主軸，夾帶雪松木和胡椒氣息。入口酒體飽滿，單寧扎實但細緻，橡木的香草與黑巧克力風味為整體增添厚度，餘韻持久。 酒莊簡介：龍諭酒莊的「龍12」系列強調穩健與沉穩的果實表現，追求在年輕時即可飲用的開放感，同時保有繼續陳放的結構性。田間管理重視產量控制與陽光利用，讓果實有足夠濃度但不失平衡。 釀造說明：在控溫槽中進行發酵，延長浸皮以萃取色澤與單寧，之後於精選橡木桶中熟成數月以帶出香草、烘焙與輕微辛香。整體釀造手法旨在保留果香的同時賦予酒體結構。 葡萄園環境：果園位於日照充足且晝夜溫差明顯的地塊，排水良好、土壤通透，有助於果實成熟並保留必要酸度。這樣的環境造就果實濃縮且有層次的風味，入口既有果香也有礦物與香料的細節。

Tasting note: A concentrated, modern-style red with a core of ripe black fruit—blackcurrant and dark cherry—lifted by cedar, graphite and a hint of black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, layered with vanilla oak and dark chocolate notes, framed by firm, structured tannins and a persistent finish. Producer notes: From Longyu Winery’s “Long 12” label, this wine showcases the estate’s focus on intensity and balance. Crafted for approachability in its youth yet structured enough for medium-term cellaring, it reflects careful canopy management and yield control to concentrate flavours. Winemaking notes: Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled tanks with extended maceration to extract colour and tannin. The wine was matured in a selection of oak barrels for several months to add spice and vanilla complexity while smoothing the palate. Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from well-drained plots within the estate that receive generous sunlight and notable diurnal range, allowing ripe phenolics while retaining freshness. Soils with good drainage and moderate fertility help produce concentrated fruit with balanced acidity.
