Domaine Remi Jobard crafts this benchmark Premier Cru from Les Genevrieres, perfectly situated between Perrieres and Charmes at an altitude of 260 to 300 meters on stony limestone marl. Renowned for pure, site-driven expressions, the estate avoids overt new oak influence by maturing the wine primarily in large Stockinger Austrian foudres followed by six months in stainless steel. The nose opens with crisp citrus zest, acacia blossom, wild herbs, and an invigorating flinty strike. On the palate, this white Burgundy delivers cathedral-like architectural tension, seamless mid-palate density, and a soaring saline finish that reverberates with electric freshness.
