這支 2023 年份的小島乾白,第一口就能感受到海風帶來的清新鹹感與礦物氣息。香氣以檸檬皮、青蘋果與細緻白花為主調,入口酸度活潑,酒體中等偏輕,口感有一層柔和的細膩感,餘韻帶著礁石般的礦質和淡淡海鹽感。酒莊位於小島,葡萄園面海,長年受海風洗禮,土壤含石質與花崗岩,產量不大但風味集中。釀造上採用輕柔壓榨、低溫發酵與短期與泥渣接觸,保留鮮明的果酸與礦物感,不刻意追求木桶或過度濃郁,而是把田裡的海洋性風土搬上杯子。非常適合搭配海鮮、地中海小點或清爽沙拉,喝起來清新又有層次。

Bright and coastal in character, this 2023 Blanc from an island estate opens with zesty citrus, green apple and a lift of white floral aromas framed by subtle flinty/mineral notes. On the palate it shows lively acidity, a medium-light body and a saline, gently textured finish — crisp at first with a rounded mid-palate and a refreshing, slightly savory close. Producer notes highlight vineyards exposed to constant sea breezes and granite-influenced soils; fruit is picked early to preserve freshness. Winemaking follows a restrained approach: gentle pressing, cool controlled fermentation and short lees contact to enhance texture without masking the wine's mineral clarity. Vineyard parcels on Porquerolles yield low-cropping grapes that translate into precise, saline-driven whites ideal with seafood and light Mediterranean fare.

Domaine de l'Ile is a small estate located on the island of Porquerolles in the Côtes de Provence. The winery works with parcels planted on shallow, stony soils and benefits from constant maritime breezes that help preserve natural acidity and impart a saline, mineral character. Production focuses on low-yield viticulture and gentle winemaking to reflect the island's terroir — precise, fresh whites intended for immediate pleasure and food pairing.
