【Sommelier’s Notes】This second-label from a Premier Grand Cru estate shows ripe dark fruit—black cherry and plum—lifted by cedar, tobacco and gentle spice. The oak is present but integrated, giving vanilla and toasted notes while tannins remain polished rather than aggressive. Mid-weight to full, it unfolds over an hour to reveal earth/mineral undercurrents and a lingering finish.

【Winemaking & Vineyard】Sourced from selected parcels of a Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru estate, fermentation was monitored to preserve ripe phenolics; matured in oak to round tannins and add aromatic complexity. Vineyards sit on classic Saint-Emilion clay-limestone slopes with good drainage and warm afternoons that encourage ripeness and tannin development.
