Bright and precise, this Grand Cru from Vaudésir opens with lemon zest, green apple and a lift of white flowers. On the palate it’s all tension and terroir: wet stone and chalky minerality run through a core of citrus peel and saline notes, held together by steely acidity and a focused mid-palate. The winemaking emphasizes site expression—gentle pressing, cool fermentation and élevage on fine lees with restrained use of older wood—resulting in a mineral-driven, elegant wine with a long, saline finish. Best served chilled after a short airing to reveal secondary nuances.
