酒莊/品牌簡介:飄仙(Pimm's)起源於倫敦19世紀,創製者為酒吧老闆James Pimm,最初作為吃生蠔後助消化的飲品。至今配方仍為祕密,成為英國夏日杯酒的代表。

釀造與調配:此酒為金酒基底的利口酒,非桶陳、未經橡木處理,以精準調配的植物香料、果汁與香料混合而成,酒精度為25%,採旋蓋封存,強調一致性與即飲性。

Tasting note: Deep golden-brown in the glass, Pimm's No. 1 opens with bright citrus and bittersweet, caramelised orange aromas layered over a quieter herbal and spice backdrop. On the palate it shows a medium body — zesty and refreshingly bitter-sweet, with juniper and botanical hints, gentle spice, and a lemonade-like finish that makes it eminently mixable.

Producer notes: Born in London in the 19th century as an oyster-bar digestif, Pimm's No. 1 remains a secret, carefully guarded blend of gin, liqueur, fruit juices and spices. The iconic recipe, part of English summer ritual, balances fruity brightness with herbal complexity and a subtle bitter edge.

Winemaking/production notes: This is a distilled gin-based liqueur blended rather than aged — unoaked and bottled at 25% ABV with a screwcap. Production focuses on precision blending of botanicals and citrus elements to achieve an approachable, consistent cup liqueur designed for serving on the rocks or in pitchers.

Vineyard/ sourcing notes: While not a wine, Pimm's draws its character from a selection of botanicals and fruit components sourced to evoke the English summer — citrus, herb gardens and spice elements rather than grapes or barrel ageing. Traditionally served with lemonade and seasonal fruit, it’s built for convivial, outdoor drinking and casual pairings.
