品飲筆記:色澤深沉帶紅寶石邊緣,香氣從花香過渡到濃郁的黑櫻桃、紅李與野莓,中段有藥草、薄荷與一點酸甜的茘枝感與橙皮。口感飽滿集中,果汁感與緊實卻絲滑的單寧並存,餘韻綿長帶礦物感。 酒莊與田地:來自Gattera這塊超過11公頃的經典山坡,園區呈現多樣坡向、海拔與土壤,小地塊分區栽植,部分老藤超過五十年。這些古老與年輕樹齡混合,造就層次分明又有深度的風味。 釀造方式:採分區獨立發酵,為每一小地塊保留個性,發酵後以橡木桶熟成,使力量與香氣兼得。這款強調來自老藤與特定地塊的濃縮表現,單一產地標示瓶裝以呈現原地風貌。 口感建議與搭配:入口果實飽滿,酸度明朗,單寧有支撐但帶圓潤感。年輕時醒瓶約90分鐘可開放香氣。配烤羊、燉肉、松露或菇類料理與熟成硬質起司最合拍,亦適合入窖長期陳放。
Tasting note: Deep ruby with garnet highlights. Aromas unfold from floral top notes to a core of dark cherry, red plum, and bright red berries, layered with dried herbs, mint and a hint of rhubarb and orange peel. On the palate it is concentrated and full-bodied — juicy yet firmly tannic — with velvety, well-knit tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish. Producer notes: Made from the harvest of old vines in the historic Gattera hillside, this bottling is presented as the most profound expression of the estate’s oldest parcels. The producer highlights depth, concentration and character from the oldest sections of the vineyard. Winemaking notes: Fruit from eight distinct sections of the Gattera hillside are vinified separately to preserve individual expression, then matured in oak. Single fermentation tanks are used for lots from these select vines, with careful aging that balances power and an elegant aromatic lift. Vineyard notes: The Gattera MGA spans over 11 hectares of mixed exposures, altitudes and microclimates. Within the site are vines planted in different eras, including blocks over 50 years old, which contribute concentrated fruit, structure and complexity. The varied soils and hillside morphologies give layered perfume and a firm backbone. Cellaring & serving: Ready to drink from the mid-2020s but built for long ageing through 2040 and beyond. Decant for about 90 minutes if drinking in youth to allow aromas to open. Serve at 18°C. Food pairing: Matches richly flavored roasted red meats, truffle and mushroom dishes, aged hard cheeses and traditional meat ragu.
