The 2018 Michele Chiarlo Asili is a masterpiece from one of Barbaresco's most esteemed crus. This wine boasts a garnet red hue with brilliant highlights. On the nose, it exudes aristocratic elegance with ethereal notes of violet, red fruits, and fine spices. The palate is complex and enchanting, offering a silky texture with surprising length. Crafted by winemaker Stefano Chiarlo, the wine undergoes fermentation in oak vats and is aged for 18 months in medium-sized oak casks, followed by bottle refinement.
