品飲筆記:清新透亮,第一印象是紅櫻桃與石榴的果香,伴隨細緻花瓣氣息與野草、黑胡椒的香氛。口感輕盈,酸度活潑,單寧細緻、口腔貼合,礦感支撐著收尾,使人回味乾淨爽朗。酒莊與釀造:Tenuta Garetto 在當地小有名氣,重視低產量與人工採收,採用溫控不鏽鋼發酵與溫和浸皮,儘量保留果香與果酸,僅用極少或無新橡木,以保留純淨風格。葡萄園環境:座落於朝向良好的小丘,土壤排水佳、帶鈣質,風土讓酒款呈現優雅的香氣輪廓與清爽口感,十分適合搭配起司、燒烤或風乾肉品。
Tasting note: A lively, perfumed red with bright red cherry and pomegranate on the nose, lifted by rose petal and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate it shows vibrant acidity, light body and fine-grained tannins, with a lick of cracked pepper and a clear mineral thread that leads to a clean, refreshing finish.
