品飲筆記：2019 卡努比，散發鮮明紅果香，草莓與覆盆子先行，接著有玫瑰花瓣的細緻香氣，底層伴隨一抹柏木、可可與泥土氣息。口感中等偏飽滿，酸度明快，單寧線條細緻而有支撐，尾韻礦感明顯且悠長。 酒莊與產區：維爾納博爾戈尼延續家族傳統，由洛多維科的女兒掌舵，強調田地特色與耐心陳釀。卡努比向來是巴羅洛最經典的園地之一，石灰質泥頁岩與砂質土壤並列，日照與排水良好，有利於香氣與結構的均衡發展。 釀造與陳年：採用經典發酵與較長的浸皮期以抽取香氣與骨架，主要在大橡木桶（botti）中熟成，並適度使用小桶做細緻修飾，使果香不被過度覆蓋。喝感上偏向層次分明、口腔中有清晰的酸度和回甘，適合醒酒後飲用或長期收藏。

Tasting note: A poised and perfumed expression from Cannubi — bright red-fruit aromas of strawberry and raspberry mingle with floral hints of rose and subtle savory layers of tar, cedar and cocoa. On the palate it is medium-full, lifted by racy acidity and framed by fine, linear tannins that lead to a long, mineral-tinged finish. Producer notes: Released under the Virna Borgogno label, this bottling continues the family’s attention to tradition and finesse under Lodovico’s daughter. The estate focuses on site expression and patient cellaring, producing wines that marry perfume and structure. Winemaking notes: Fermentation follows a careful, traditional approach with extended maceration to extract aromatic complexity and structured tannins. Aging takes place primarily in large oak casks (botti) with judicious use of smaller barrels for refinement, allowing the wine to gain depth without overwhelming its primary aromas. Vineyard notes: Sourced from the storied Cannubi slopes — a mosaic of calcareous marl and sandy soils with ideal sun exposure — the site yields wines known for their aromatic lift, silkiness and ageworthy backbone. This vintage shows both immediacy and the stamina to evolve over years in bottle.
