2003 Famille Perrin Chateau Beaucastel CDP

這款2003年出自佩漢家族的經典酒莊,散發熟透無花果、紅色莓果與烹調肉汁的香氣,並帶有辛香與淡淡香草木桶氣息。入口飽滿圓潤,酒體厚實但保持意外的清爽,單寧有支撐力,餘韻持久。酒莊位於教皇新堡北緣單一園區,表土為滾石礫石,底層有砂、黏土與石灰岩,老樹根系深入,五十年有機栽培讓土地健康且風土表現鮮明。採收以人工分葡萄園與分品種採收,部分以木桶短發酵、部分以傳統瓦罐做氧化風格處理,完成乳酸發酵後再混釀,最後在大號橡木桶中熟成一年。建議開瓶醒約一小時,搭配烤羊肉、香料重的中東或印度料理,或濃郁風味的熟成起司都很合適。


A benchmark from a historic estate, this 2003 shows ripe fig and bright red-fruit aromas layered with notes of cooked-meat jus, baking spice and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is broad and round yet supported by notable freshness and firm tannic structure — a sign of the estate's balance even in a hot vintage. The vineyard sits on classic Châteauneuf soils: surface pebbles with sand, clay and limestone below, and vines cultivated organically for decades. Each plot is hand-harvested and vinified separately; the cellar uses both truncated oak barrels and traditional tiled cement tanks to respect different vinification styles, followed by blending and a year in large oak foudres. Drink now with an hour’s decant to open up, and pair with roast lamb, rich beef dishes or aged cheeses. Drinking window was broadly 2008–2023; bottles with good cellaring continue to offer rewarding complexity.

Château de Beaucastel is a long-established estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, run by the Famille Perrin. The domaine is famed for farming all of the appellation's authorized varieties organically for decades and for an uncompromising terroir-focused approach. The single northern plot benefits from strong Mistral winds and classic pebble-strewn soils, producing wines known for balance, structure and age-worthiness.
