田地與生產:葡萄園為第四階梯黏土礫石、細砂粘土與砂粘土混合土壤,2017 年收成落在 9 月中至 10 月初,夏季光照好但偏涼,晚季降雨帶來成熟的深度。全園重視分級選果和低侵入式釀造,瓶內質地柔和但細節豐富。

Sommelier’s Note: On first pour you’ll find powdered strawberry and violet, then ripe apricot and malted orange that caramelises softly. The palate is silky, with fresh acidity that lifts black-cassis and blueberry, rounded by fine, ripe tannins and a long, biscuity finish—decant ~60 minutes for best balance.
