格子場 XXV 乾紅 2020 帶出飽滿果香和一抹香料感。第一口便有黑櫻桃、成熟李子與野草的清爽香氣,橡木给予溫潤的香草與雪松背景,但不搶果味。口感上中偏厚,單寧圓潤而有結構,酸度提亮整體,使得餘韻既有溫度又耐人尋味。

酒莊介紹:格子場是一個重視田間細節的小型酒莊,偏好低產量與人工採收,目的是把果實的純粹與產地個性留在酒裡。釀造方面採自然發酵與部分乳酸發酵,讓酒體更圓潤但仍保有新鮮度;之後在不過度烘托的法國橡木桶中陳年,以增添層次。

葡萄園與工序:葡萄園多為排水良好的坡地與礫石/石灰岩混合土壤,陽光充足、日夜溫差大,造就成熟而聚焦的果味與良好酸度。釀酒師注重選果與適度的橡木運用,目標是做出果香、香料與礦物感兼備、適合餐桌的日常佳釀。

品飲建議:建議醒酒約45分鐘,配溫16–18°C飲用;可搭配燒烤、紅燉肉、蘑菇料理或熟成起司,帶出酒款的果香與香料細節。


Champ de Treille XXV Rouge 2020 delivers a pleasing balance of ripe dark fruit and savory spice. On the nose, notes of black cherry, plum and a hint of wild herb are woven with cedar and gentle vanilla from oak aging. The palate is medium-plus in weight with plush, well-structured tannins, lively acidity and a persistent, warming finish.

Producer notes: Champ de Treille is presented as a focused, small-scale estate expression, emphasizing low-yield vineyard practices and careful fruit selection. Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with attention to preserving primary aromas, then spends time maturing in a mix of tank and French oak barrels to add subtle spice and texture without overwhelming the fruit.

Winemaking & vineyard: Fermentation followed by partial malolactic conversion helps round the mid-palate while retaining freshness. The vineyards are planted on well-draining slopes with mineral-rich soils, which contribute lifted aromatics and the wine’s structural backbone. This is a versatile red that benefits from moderate decanting to open up its layers.

Serving: Decant for about 45 minutes and serve at 16–18°C. Pairs beautifully with roasted or braised red meats, game birds, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.
