Tasting note: Fresh and polished, the 2021 shows aromas of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, a dusting of nutmeg and a streak of citrus peel, with faint nut-shell complexity. On the palate it’s bright and tangy, medium-bodied with powdery, fine-grained tannins and a spicy, refined finish.

Producer notes: From Château Coutet under the stewardship of David Beaulieu, Les Demoiselles is crafted from organically grown fruit and represents a focused barrel-selection bottling. The estate emphasizes terroir expression and careful vineyard work to deliver wines that marry freshness with classic Saint-Émilion depth.
