Domaine Laurent Roumier began as a family-driven endeavour rooted in traditional Burgundian practice. Founded from an estate division started by the grandfather in 1924, Laurent established his own domaine in 1991 and expanded holdings to roughly a dozen hectares. The domaine favors manual harvests, old-style vinification and attentive oak maturation to highlight terroir over manipulation.
