Dominus Estate, under Christian Moueix's ownership, focuses on estate-bottled wines from the single Napanook vineyard. Production is limited (around 7,000 cases for the vintage), with meticulous hand sorting, optical berry selection, gentle extraction, and barrel ageing with 20% new oak to preserve purity and structure.
