田地與口感：產自單一田塊的葡萄園風土明顯，土壤與小氣候賦予酒體的線條與礦感。喝起來有紮實的結構與宜人的口感變化，適合想要感受土地表現且偏好有骨架、但不過度厚重的紅酒飲用者。

Tasting Note: Bright, generous dark-fruit aromatics—blackcurrant and blackberry—meld with earthy mushroom and subtle floral top notes. On the palate the wine shows compact, ripe fruit framed by fine, integrated tannins and a medium-bodied, polished texture. Oak is present but well-balanced, lending spice and structure without overwhelming the fruit.
Producer Notes: Napanook displays a bold, vibrant personality with exuberant fruit, smooth structure and immediate appeal. Estate-bottled from the eponymous vineyard, it aims to reflect purity, complexity and site specificity.
Winemaking Notes: Vineyard fruit is hand-sorted, berries are optically sorted, and extraction is gentle via careful pump-overs to capture aromatics, colour and fine tannin. Barrel work is meticulous with hand racking every three months using the esquive; maturation is in oak to add spice and frame.
Vineyard Notes: Made exclusively from the Napanook estate parcels, the wine expresses the vineyard’s distinctive soils and microclimates. Harvests in September are targeted for optimal ripeness and balance, producing wines that combine clarity of fruit with structural depth.
