品飲筆記：酒杯先散出深沉的黑色果實香：黑莓、黑加侖與熟梅，緊接著有雪松、煙草與些許礦物感。入口飽滿但不厚重，果實濃郁、咸香與香料層次帶出中段，單寧結實但磨圓得宜，酸度讓整體有清晰節奏，尾韻持久。
酒莊與釀造：這款由Groupe Duclot精心拼配的Prestige Collection，集合波爾多不同優秀地塊的特色，既保留地域經典風格，也兼顧即飲性與短期陳年潛力。釀造過程講究溫控發酵與溫和萃取，部份酒液於法國橡木桶中成熟以增添結構與香料感。

Tasting note: Rich, classic Bordeaux aromatics open with blackcurrant, blackberry and plum followed by cedar, tobacco and a hint of graphite. On the palate the wine is medium–full with concentrated dark fruit, savory mid-palate spice, structured yet polished tannins and lively acidity that keeps the finish long and focused.
Producer notes: Assembled by Groupe Duclot, this Prestige Collection brings together selection lots from across Bordeaux to represent the region’s classic, savory profile – approachable in youth but built for short-term ageing.
Winemaking notes: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats, with careful extraction to preserve primary fruit. A portion of the blend receives élevage in French oak to add spine and subtle spice; aging time varies by cuvée to achieve balance.
Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from a mix of well-draining gravel and clay-limestone parcels across Bordeaux, benefiting from maritime influence and rigorous yield management. Harvesting is focused on optimal ripeness to combine intensity with freshness.
