This Owner's Reserve from Fei Tswei presents a lively bouquet of ripe red fruits — cherry, raspberry and a hint of strawberry — layered with forest-floor notes, dried herbs and gentle spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied with bright, energetic acidity that lifts the fruit, while soft, polished tannins provide a silky frame. Subtle oak brings vanilla and cedar tones without overwhelming the fruit core; the finish is clean and lingering with a touch of earth and spice. Producer notes: crafted as a small-batch reserve selection from top parcels, hand-harvested and sorted for concentration and balance. Winemaking notes: gentle fermentations with careful extraction, maturation in predominantly French oak to integrate structure and aroma, minimal intervention to preserve site expression.
