品飲筆記:這款酒先以明亮的紅色果實香打開——覆盆子、紅李與一抹黑櫻桃,接著透出淡淡花香與青草氣息,底層有雪松、礦物與泥土的細緻感。入口圓潤,酸度清爽有彈性,單寧細緻且包覆感好,收尾帶有香料與礦石感,整體平衡而有層次。

酒莊與生產:由知名波爾多釀酒人團隊監督,重視田間管理與低產量以確保果實品質。採用手工採收與嚴格篩選,力求在酒中呈現產區特色與純淨果香。

釀造細節:控溫發酵保留清新香氣,浸皮時間經精準掌控以取得優雅的萃取。成酒在法國橡木桶中熟成約10–12個月,使用新桶比例不高,目的是增添結構而不掩蓋原始風味。

葡萄園環境:葡萄園座落於含黏土與石灰岩的地塊,日夜溫差明顯,有利累積香氣與保持酸度。土壤通氣良好,生長管理細緻,造就風味集中且口感流暢的果實。


Tasting note: A fragrant, medium-bodied wine that opens with bright red-fruit aromas — raspberry, red plum and a hint of black cherry — edged by floral violet and a subtle green pepper note. Underneath lie cedar, graphite and gentle earthy tones. On the palate it shows silky entry, lively acidity and fine-grained tannins that frame savoury herb and spice flavours, leading to a mineral-tinged finish.

Producer notes: Crafted under the guidance of celebrated Saint-Émilion winemaker Hubert de Bouard, this release reflects a focused, terroir-driven approach. The team prioritises low yields and careful selection at harvest to capture freshness and aromatic clarity.

Winemaking notes: Fermented with controlled temperature to preserve aromatics, maceration time is managed to balance extraction and elegance. The wine spends around 10–12 months in French oak (limited percentage of new oak) to add structure without overwhelming primary fruit.

Vineyard notes: Sourced from well-exposed plots in Bordeaux with clay-limestone influence, the vineyards benefit from diurnal temperature swings that promote phenolic ripeness while retaining spice and acidity. Hand-harvesting and strict sorting ensure only healthy fruit is used.
