品飲筆記：酒體飽滿、果味豐富，先是藍莓與黑李的濃郁香氣，隨之帶出些許可可與橡木香，入口飽滿有肉感，質地圓潤柔和，尾韻長，帶有微微海風般的礦感。
酒莊與田地：來自麥克拉倫谷多個產區（如Blewitt Springs、Clarendon、McLaren Flat等）的精選果實，生長於以砂質為主、受海洋影響的土壤，葡萄藤齡介於15–60年。這些海岸近鄰與沉積砂土，賦予酒款清新挺拔的香氣與柔和口感。
釀造小記：由首席釀酒人Ben Perkins主導，使用橡木桶熟成以增添結構與層次，採用軟木塞封瓶。整體風格偏向成熟果實與圓潤單寧，飲用前稍微醒酒會更迷人。

Tasting Note: Generous and richly fruited, this McLaren Vale example opens with cascading blue-fruit aromas — ripe blackberries and dark plum — layered with cocoa and a hint of oak spice. The palate is fleshy and mouth-filling, showing plush texture, rounded mid-palate and a long, plum-stone finish.
Producer & Vineyard: Selected from a range of McLaren Vale sub-regions (Blewitt Springs, Clarendon, McLaren Flat, Seaview, Tatachilla, Willunga Hills) the wine reflects sand-based, maritime-influenced soils and vines aged 15–60 years. The vineyard mix and proximity to the sea lend lifted aromatics, saline detail and natural softness.
Winemaking: Matured in oak to build texture and length under the guidance of winemaker Ben Perkins; sealed with a natural cork. The style emphasizes ripe fruit concentration, polished tannins and an expansive palate.
Serve: Best enjoyed with a 45-minute decant to let the layers open. Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, rich braises and aged cheeses. Drinking window: 2020–2027.

Two Hands Wines crafts regionally focused wines sourced from premium McLaren Vale sites. For this release the team (including winemaker Ben Perkins and viticulturist Travis Coombe) selected old and mid‑aged vines across sandy, maritime-influenced sites to produce a generous, textured wine matured in oak to enhance length and polish.
