釀造過程：重視手工與分批管理，從麥芽、發酵到蒸餾都保有溫和風格，接著以精選波本桶奠定香草與太妃糖基礎，雪莉桶帶出果乾、香料與深度。酒廠還自行修護木桶（cooperage），確保每一批的木桶狀況與風味一致。

田地與原料：雖非全部原料來自自家田地，百富仍注重良種大麥與斯貝賽區涼爽氣候對麥芽風味的影響——這些田地與氣候共同造就了適合長期木桶陳年的基底，最終回饋在杯中的柔順與層次。禮盒裝700毫升，適合送禮或慢慢細品。

Tasting note: Generous honeyed vanilla up front, followed by toffee and dried orchard fruit. Toasted oak and warm baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) emerge mid-palate with a hint of gentle smoke and a soft, lingering caramel finish. Silky and rounded in texture.

Producer notes: The Balvenie 12 Year DoubleWood is a Speyside single malt matured in two distinct oak cask types. After initial maturation in traditional American oak ex-bourbon barrels, it is finished in European oak sherry casks to add depth and dried fruit complexity. Presented in a gift box, this 700 ml bottle reflects The Balvenie’s commitment to traditional craftsmanship.

Winemaking (distilling) notes: Distilled at The Balvenie distillery in Dufftown, this single malt benefits from in-house skills including floor malting and an on-site cooperage. Batch-driven production, careful cask selection and marriage give a balanced profile—soft fermentation character, light malt sweetness and oak-derived spice from the second cask maturation.
