Sommelier’s Notes: On the nose expect toasted oak, vanilla pod and ripe pear, followed by hints of baked apple and citrus peel. Best enjoyed slightly chilled after a short decant to let the aromatics settle.

Winemaker & Winemaking: Produced by DAOU Vineyards & Winery under winemaker Daniel Daou. Fermented and matured in French oak to build texture and subtle spice, then finished under screwcap to preserve freshness. The result is a carefully oaked style that retains clarity and varietal purity.
