品飲筆記:香氣明亮,帶出蜜糖的杏桃與熟桃、糖漬柑橘皮與細緻花香。入口甜美但不膩,緊緻的酸度像一把利刀將口腔拉直,黑板岩般的礦物感貫穿其中,餘韻悠長且有層次。

酒莊介紹:這是家族經營的酒莊,長期以精細的田間管理與對風土的尊重著稱。每一小果串都經人工挑選,特級封蓋(Goldene Kapsel)代表釀酒人對完熟果實的嚴格取捨。

釀造作法:晚收並精選果串,低溫緩慢發酵以保留香氣,再以適度的澄澈與泥渣接觸帶來質地的厚度與圓潤,盡量少用干預,呈現原生風土的輪廓。

葡萄園環境:取自班卡斯特 Lay 區陡峭的黑板岩斜坡,氣候偏涼、日夜溫差大,有利於風味集中與酸度保存。小產量、人工整理樹冠與手工採收,是這款酒集中度與礦感的來源。

飲用提示:建議微涼飲用,開瓶後先靜置約30分鐘讓香氣與口感逐步舒展。


Tasting note: Bright, radiant aromatics open to ripe stone fruit, candied citrus peel, honeyed apricot and a cascade of floral perfume. Beneath the luscious sweetness sits a driving pithy acidity and a penetrating slate minerality that keeps the palate taut and focused. The texture is silky with fine phenolic tension and a long, resonant finish.

Producer notes: From a family-run estate celebrated for precision and terroir expression, this Auslese is hand-selected from prime Bernkastel sites. The Goldene Kapsel designation signals extra care in harvest and selection of the ripest, most concentrated bunches.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested selectively at late ripeness, with careful sorting to concentrate flavor. Fermentation is carried out slowly at cool temperatures to preserve aromatics, followed by extended lees contact to build texture and roundness. Minimal intervention in cellar ensures a transparent expression of site.

Vineyard: Sourced from steep, slate-rich parcels in the Lay area of Bernkastel on the Mosel — a cool-climate terroir known for slate soils and meticulous viticulture. Low yields, careful canopy management and hand-harvested selection produce intensely ripe fruit with striking mineral backbone.

Serve slightly chilled and allow about 30 minutes in the glass (or a short decant) to let layers open. Drink now through its long drinking window for continued evolution.
