酒莊與產地:寶雅莊園坐落在聖艾美濃最頂端的石灰岩高台,土壤以星狀石灰岩為主,坡地含藍黏土,葡萄園約23.5公頃,平均樹齡約25年。2008年由JP Moueix接手後大刀闊斧修復,致力回復這塊療地的經典風格。
釀造與熟成:人工採收並進行光學與人工雙重篩選,使用控溫的混凝土與不鏽鋼發酵槽,採取溫和、可控的浸皮與萃取。以法國橡木桶熟成16–18個月(約50%新桶),兼顧結構與細緻口感。

Tasting Note: Deep garnet to purple, this Saint-Émilion Grand Cru opens with a compelling bouquet of ripe plum, blackberry preserves and blueberry compote, overlaid by Indian spice, cocoa and fine leather. Beneath the fruit are delicate floral and minty notes with a saline, chalky mineral thread.
Producer & Terroir: Perched on the high limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, the estate has a long history and was revitalized under JP Moueix. The vineyards—about 23.5 hectares—sit on asteriated limestone and blue clay slopes, producing wines with crystalline freshness and terroir-driven precision.
Winemaking & Ageing: Grapes are harvested by hand with double sorting (optical and manual). Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction. The wine is aged 16–18 months in French oak (50% new), which lends structure and spice while preserving plush texture.
Palate & Cellaring: Full-bodied and concentrated, the palate delivers mouth-coating black and blue fruit, fine-grained tannins and a velvety mid-palate. Notable for its linear mineral drive and saline, chalky finish, this bottling is built for long ageing but rewards decanting (around 1 hour) if enjoyed sooner. Drinking window stretches for decades.

Château Bélair-Monange is a historic Saint-Émilion estate located on the highest point of the commune’s limestone plateau. With roots going back to Roman times and a prominent 19th-century reputation, the property was acquired and restored by Jean-Pierre Moueix in recent decades. The estate combines privileged terroirs, meticulous viticulture and careful cellar work to produce highly ageable, terroir-driven Grand Cru wines.
