品飲筆記:2019 年的這瓶來自邁高(Margaux)知名酒莊,香氣迷人,前段以花香和黑色果實為主,接著帶出煙草、可可與一抹糖漬橙皮的細節。口感中等偏厚,單寧成熟細緻如絲,酸度鮮明但不生硬,礦物感和果實一起推進,餘韻悠長且層次分明。

酒莊與田地:莊園為二級酒莊,由 Gonzague Lurton 經營,總面積約 65 公頃(約 55 公頃種植葡萄)。土壤為更新世深砂礫、夾帶砂粘結構,植株密度高,管理細緻。2019 年有春季霜害的驚嚇、六月的雨水干擾,但經過炎熱乾燥的夏季與收穫前的及時降雨,果實成熟均衡。

釀造手法:每個地塊分開處理,使用自然酵母發酵,萃取手法溫和(每日一次上頂),浸皮約 21 天,釀程中不作額外添加。陳年 18 個月:三分之二在法國新舊橡木桶中(約 60% 新桶),三分之一在陶缸(Terracotta)中陳放,陶缸帶出更細膩的口感與中段質地。酒莊亦有生物動力栽培記錄。

口感提示:入口層次豐富,果香和礦物交織,單寧圓潤但有架構,適合短暫醒酒(約 90 分鐘)後飲用;若典藏數年,風味會更為醇厚。配搭建議以烤或煎的紅肉、野味、熟成起司為佳。


Tasting Note: Dense, elegant and layered — this 2019 from a classified Margaux estate opens with scented florals, ripe dark plum and cassis, then reveals tobacco, cocoa and a hint of candied orange peel. The palate is medium-bodied with polished, ripe tannins, lively acidity and bright, mineral-tinged lift, finishing long and refined.

Producer & Vineyard: Produced by a historic Second Growth estate under Gonzague Lurton, the wine comes from roughly 65 hectares of which about 55 are planted. Soils are deep Quaternary gravel with a sand/clay matrix; vine densities range from 6,600 to 8,300 vines/ha. The team worked through a variable season — spring frost fears, a wet June, then a hot, dry summer and a late-season rainfall that helped achieve balanced ripeness.

Winemaking & Ageing: Parcel-focused vinification with natural yeasts and a gentle extraction (pumping over once daily) followed by a 21-day maceration. No additions during fermentation. Ageing lasts 18 months with two-thirds in French oak (60% new) and one-third in terracotta amphora/urns, giving a refined oak frame and subtle textural depth from clay vessels. Biodynamic certification is noted for the estate.

Serve & Cellaring: Best from the late 2020s into mid-century if cellared. For near-term enjoyment, decant around 90 minutes to allow aromatics and structure to open. Pairs exceptionally well with roasted or grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
