口感是它的亮點:入口飽滿圓潤,奶油般的中段帶出濃郁果味,但又不失清晰度;單寧細緻、結構良好,酸度活潑帶動整體節奏,尾韻悠長且帶礦質收束。

生產與釀造:自1917年起有確立的歷史風貌,由Moueix家族自1962年開始管理並於2024年正式入主。葡萄於早九月採收,在恆溫混凝土與不鏽鋼槽中進行溫控發酵,採用溫和、可控的浸漬與萃取工法;在法國橡木桶中陳年12–14個月(約五成新桶),讓酒體獲得厚度且不被橡木掩蓋。

葡萄園環境:總面積約8公頃,土壤複雜多樣—接近教堂的是深礫石與黏土,包圍莊園地帶則為壤土,這種拼貼式的土壤帶來香氣豐富與口感平衡。

建議:年輕時醒一小時風味更開;適合搭配烤牛排、慢燉紅肉或野味,亦值得收藏陳放以觀其細節演化。


A classic Pomerol from the château that bears a small, characterful tower. The 2022 shows a richly layered bouquet of black cherry, ripe plum and violet, edged with cocoa, licorice and warm baking spices (cinnamon, ginger). Subtle graphite and toasted oak notes add mineral lift. On the palate it is plush and opulent yet finely tuned: generous fruit, creamy mid-palate and crunchy, well-defined texture framed by silky but present tannins and a lively acidity that carries the flavors into a long, mineral finish.

Producer and winemaking: Latour à Pomerol is a small estate long associated with the Moueix family (farmed by Établissements J-P Moueix since 1962; officially acquired in 2024). Fruit is vinified in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction. Ageing is 12–14 months in French oak (about 50% new), giving structure without overpowering the fruit.

Vineyard: Eight hectares planted on a mosaic of soils — deep gravel and clay parcels near the church of Pomerol, with loam surrounding the château — which contributes both concentration and aromatic complexity. Harvest in early September captures ripe, vibrant fruit with good natural acidity.

Cellaring & serving: Drink from the late 2020s through mid-century depending on your cellar; decant about an hour if drinking young. Pairs superbly with roasted or grilled red meats and rich game dishes.

Château Latour à Pomerol is a small, historic estate in the heart of Pomerol, long linked with the Moueix family.
