【釀酒/葡萄園筆記】全園平均株齡約46年,土壤來自遠古Garonne礫石。收成雙重檢驗、分地塊發酵(50%木槽、50%水泥控溫槽)、補酵母以保穩定發酵。酒體經典,酸度明快,單寧細緻有顆粒感。

Manual harvest, double sorting and plot selection; fermentation in 50% wooden and 50% temperature-controlled cement vats, yeast addition. Ageing: 14 months in fine-grain French oak, 15% new.

【Sommelier's Private Note】On the nose: black cherry and blackberry compote with a bright twist of orange peel and a faint nougat/chocolate thread. Palate is medium-bodied, framed by crisp acidity and elegant, slightly chewy tannins—smoky cedar and tobacco linger into a savoury, chocolate-tinged finish. Approachable now after a short decant, it will keep developing for a decade.
