A.R. Valdespino Vermouth is a classic Andalusian aromatised wine—fortified and hand-blended with a mix of Mediterranean botanicals. On the nose it shows bright citrus peel, Mediterranean herbs and a waft of dried fruit and warm baking spice. The palate is balanced between a gentle, honeyed sweetness and a pleasantly bitter herbal lift, with vanilla-tinged oak and a medium, rounded mouthfeel. Clean, lingering finish makes it equally inviting on its own over ice or as the backbone of cocktails. Produced with the region’s time-honoured ageing and blending methods, it delivers authentic Jerez character transformed into a versatile vermouth.
