Tasting note

酒液呈淡粉桃色,氣泡細緻而持久。香氣以紅莓類為主,像野草莓與櫻桃,伴著柑橘皮和一絲花香,還有微妙的酵香。口感清爽、乾爽,活潑的氣泡與明亮酸度讓果味輪廓更鮮明,中段帶有礦物微鹹的提振,餘韻乾淨且不拖泥帶水。 酒莊與釀造:這是來自皮埃蒙特的小型酒莊作品,年產量有限,重視果實的純淨與餐飲搭配性。釀造上採短時間皮接觸取色、低溫發酵、不使用橡木、以控制劑量製作成 Brut,讓酒保有清新氣息與細膩泡沫。葡萄園位於丘陵地帶,石灰與黏土土壤、早晚溫差大,為酒帶來良好酸度與礦物感,整體風格輕盈、易飲且很適合搭配海鮮或開胃小菜。

Pale salmon in the glass with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose is elegantly restrained, showing red-berry aromas—wild strawberry and cherry—alongside citrus zest, subtle floral hints and a faint brioche note from lees contact. On the palate the wine is dry and bright: crisp acidity and lively bubbles frame delicate red fruit and a pleasantly saline mineral thread. Unoaked and made in small quantities, it presents a light-to-medium body and a clean, food-friendly finish marked by a savory lift. Producer notes: Crafted by a boutique Piemonte producer with limited annual output, this Rosato Brut emphasizes freshness, purity and a gastronomic profile. Winemaking: shortest skin contact for gentle colour extraction, cool stainless-steel fermentation and careful management of secondary fermentation to build fine mousse; no oak maturation. Vineyard: fruit comes from hillside sites in Piedmont where cool nights and calcareous, mixed soils preserve acidity and lend mineral tension.
