Tasting Note: Pale gold with a luminous sheen. The nose opens on delicate white flowers, candied citrus peel, honeyed stone fruit and a clear herbal thread — alpine botanicals and mild bitter orange. On the palate it balances a gentle, rounded sweetness with brisk, refreshing acidity; layers of spice, almond and saline minerality emerge toward a long, slightly bitter, aromatic finish. Producer Notes: From Dolin of Chambéry, a long-standing house in Savoie known for its classic, restrained style of vermouth. They craft aromatic wines using locally sourced white wines and Alpine botanicals, aiming for elegance and balance rather than overt richness.
