Coup de Foudre Winery (owner John Schwartz; winemaker Kent Jarman) crafts focused Napa whites in small lots. For this vintage the team used concrete eggs for primary fermentation and aging, finishing the wine in neutral oak to add texture without overt oak character. The result is a fruit-driven yet mineral expression typical of cooler Napa sites in the North Coast, emphasizing precision and balance.
