Mid-palate reveals savory forest-floor and mushroom notes, baking spice and a cool mineral thread. Texture is silky with poised acidity and a lingering, elegant finish. Producer notes: Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux is a small, terroir-focused producer in Volnay whose bottlings aim to express the personality of individual Premier Cru parcels.
