Winemaking / Distilling Notes: Single malt produced from floor-malted barley and distilled in copper pot stills. Extended maturation in American and European oak is followed by a French oak Pineau des Charentes finish that adds plush, raisiny fruit and extra vanilla complexity without overpowering the malt character.
